Hey, I am Christine!

I’m a women’s fitness & nutrition coach – originally from Czech Republic, in the middle of Europe, but have been living in the UK since 2012.

I am on a mission to help thousands of women worldwide to get their toned, confident and strong physiques they’ve been trying to achieve.

When I first started myself, I was completely overwhelmed with all the information out there and didn’t know where to start… and these days, my girls never knew where to look before they found my program too.

I’ve been in the shoes of yoyo dieting before – constantly feeling self-conscious because my weight always fluctuated, and I couldn’t find balance within my busy schedule. I was both – overweight and skinny fat int he past. I was lost with nutrition and workouts… until i got the right help.

After years of knowledge and experience, I’m helping you do the same so ‘YOU KNOW’ how to do this too and never have to feel frustrated about your body and mind again.
